Shower Enclosure Water Containment Has Boundaries
Most shower enclosures are water-control systems, not sealed pressure chambers.
Water behaviour depends on the door type, overlap, seals, threshold, tray falls, showerhead position, spray direction, user behaviour and installation. A useful specification states those conditions before it promises performance.

- Test one zone at a time with controlled water.
- Observe the first point where water crosses the intended boundary.
- Check tray level, profile verticality and seal orientation.
- Compare silicone locations with the exact installation manual.
- Record the showerhead condition used in the complaint.
Randomly adding silicone can block drainage, conceal the original path and make future service harder.

Use language such as:
